Application
After applying for a job on Digital Candidate Manager candidate will
receive an automated acknowledgement via e-mail.
Interested candidates may also apply for jobs by completing and
submitting hardcopies of application forms. Blank forms can be printed
from the website, faxed or collected from Administration. |

Screening
This stage starts with sifting through all candidate applications. The
factors to be considered include Experience, Qualifications and
Competency Responses.
Depending on the size of the pool, candidates may be invited for a
Screening Interview. The purpose of this step is to assess the
candidate's Technical, Interpersonal and Personal Competencies. Suitable
candidates are then ranked and progressed to the Assessment Stage. |

Assessments
Candidates that have progressed to this stage will have to complete one
or more of the following assessments:

Final Interview
The final interview results in a panel
recommendation of a suitably qualified candidate who best meets the
job's requirements. Typically, the panel consists of a senior
representative from the recruiting organisation, a technical expert and
a HR Specialist.
Digital Candidate Manager uses Structured Competency Based Interviewing
Techniques. Candidates are required to demonstrate their knowledge,
skills and abilities by giving specific examples from past experience.
Reference checks (using a minimum of three references as provided) are
typically performed before an official offer is made. For certain
positions, candidates may be asked to authorise the execution of a
background check. |

Offer
Once all the requirements are met and checks completed, the successful
candidate is contracted directly by the employer. At this time all
contract details are discussed and finalised.
When the offer is accepted, Administration communicates will all other
candidates from the final interview stage to advise them that the
position has been filled. |
