1. Work on international projects in London, Canada and the Caribbean. 2. Design, modify, develop, write, and implement web applications, web services, and Windows services. 3. Participate in testing process (unit testing, test case authoring, test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software) 4. Create technical documentation in Word and Visio.

Required Competencies,
Skills and Abilities
1. Experience in Visual Basic, C++, PHP, ASP .NET, Java, MySQL, MS SQL & MS SharePoint. 2. Proven ability to design web user interfaces using Photoshop, Illustrator & Flash. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to meet with clients as part of the sales team. 4. Experience with Linux & Windows environments, network programming & security. 5. Programming experience in an open source environment would be considered a plus.
